AKDA - Philippine Literature
http://www.europa.com/~ria/akda.html
(Link inactive 13 October 2005)
AKDA accepts submissions of essays, short fiction, poetry, visual arts,
interviews, book reviews, and critical essays by, for or about Filipinos
and the Philippines. AKDA, loosely translated as literature, authorship,
or body of literary works, is an unpretentious collection of alternative
contemporary writings, a little on the edge of mainstream's conventions.
The articles range from legends, essays, short stories and poetry.
