AAA's Pump Price Report is a biweekly, consumer newsletter that tracks and
explains retail gasoline and diesel price trends.

for no apparent reason... or a month BEFORE a new gas tax is levied ... or
three months BEFORE a new 'Clean Gas' mandate is imposed ... you're not
