Babble On is an electronic magazine dealing with various features of art
and design.

They say,

"Well the first issue of Babble On has risen from the dank
 and steamy depths of Babylon Media. The aim of Babble
 On is to provide you with articles that challenge, excite,
 trouble and above all, entertain you. Of course a good
 laugh here and there is what most of us need, so we will
 aim for your weird little minds where ever possible. We
 have also taken a broad approach to our format so that we
 can appeal to a wide and varied audience.

 In this our first offering and in subsequent ones, Babble On
 will revolve around a feature article. We will take on any
 subject matter from many different quarters, so you won't
 find us focusing on the same topics issue after issue. We
 will however have our regular bits such as Spit It Out ; a
 place for your views and comments. Vortex ; some short
 observations and remarks on things that effect us. Web
 Tango ; interviews with individual cyber citizens and Body
 & soul ; info on health and living."
