CPU is an online publication about working in the computer industry. 
There are many issues facing computer workers: compensation, job security,
"contingency" work, working conditions, contracts, discrimination, and
on-the-job civil liberties -- just to name a few.  CPU tackles these
issues with anecdotes from subscribers and news stories. 

Online subscriptions to CPU are available at no cost by e-mailing 
listserv@cpsr.org, with SUBSCRIBE CPSR-CPU <first name last name> in 
the body of the message.

This newsletter is the product of a working group of the Berkeley Chapter 
of Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility.
