Complications in Orthopedics is an electronic version of the print journal
of the same name ublished quarterly by SCP Communications, Inc., New
York, NY.
Statement of Editorial Purpose:
Despite rapid advances in diagnosis and treatment, complications --
avoidable as well as unavoidable -- place patients at risk for increased
length and severity of disability, jeopardizing the ultimate outcome. By
providing practical reports from the scientific and clinical arenas,
COMPLICATIONS in ORTHOPEDICS seeks to help orthopedic surgeons maximize
their clinical judgment and skill.
