California Criminal Law Review

California Criminal Law Review is a new online law journal produced by
students and faculty of UC Berkeley's law school. The journal is posted
quarterly, with the first issue slated for posting January, 2000. We are
currently accepting submissions in any area of criminal law, specifically
the Death Penalty for our first issue. We provide separately framed
footnotes for ease of use, and hypertext citations, so readers can link to
online versions of source materials.
