Contingentia publishes articles, interviews and reviews to German issues
and/or to topics which concern bilateral relations between Brazil and
Germany. These can be written on Portuguese or German.

In particular Contingentia set itself the goal of taking up literary,
cultural, linguistic and translational issues and of reflecting on
linguistic and translational questions. These include German and comparative
oriented work in language publications in Brazil and Portuguese as a foreign
language in German-speaking countries.
