Réseau Multidisciplinaire d'Études Stratégiques (RMES) is a de facto
association whose purpose is the theoretical and analytical review of
international relations and strategic, geopolitical and balances military
matters. The RMES is a place of intersection of synergies in strategic
research. The network reflects the desire to involve analysts from
professional backgrounds and training in a variety of pluralistic, flexible
and modular work.

The network is based on the theoretical study of international relations,
the analysis of international and geopolitical contemporary, review of
strategic and military issues and the study of international security
organizations and defense. Through its activities, the RMES intends to
inform public opinion and sensitize it to the major strategic challenges of
this new millennium. It also hopes to provide indirect aid to political
decision.

Cahiers du RMES publishes papers relevant to its mission.
