that process and distribute fluid milk, manufacture and distribute ice
cream, novelties, and frozen desserts, dairy/beverages, including juice,
fruit and fruit juice type drinks, and bottled water, manufacture and
distribute butter, cheese, yogurt, dips and sour cream.  Also included are
related products in each category.  Also served are: equipment
manufacturers; dairy supply jobbers, wholesalers and their representatives,
milk haulers and transportation firms; testing laboratories; architects and
consultants, supermarket chains, libraries, food control officials, health
departments and other government agencies, trade associations, educational
institutions, and students, and others allied to the field.
