Emerald City is a monthly on-line magazine devoted to science fiction 
and fantasy literature published by Cheryl Morgan. The primary content 
of the magazine is reviews of science fiction and fantasy books. You will 
also find a lot of material on fan conventions, and occasional stuff on 
films, TV and other media that might promote SF&F. Also included is a 
section of news of the science fiction fan community in each issue. 
Online issues are free and date back to 1995.
