Haematologica is the dean of Italian hematology journals and is the 
official organ of the Italian Society of Hematology and the Italian 
Society of Experimental Hematology.  Haematologica strives to be a forum 
for rapid exchange of new observations and ideas in hematology.

Haematologica publishes original scientific papers in the following
formats: 
       
*  editorials 
*  original papers 
*  short reports 
*  the irreplaceable image 
*  letters to the editor 
*  reviews 
*  medical decision making 

Issues are available both in Italian and English.  

Haematologica is available free of charge as an Open Access
journal on the Internet.
