SPRING 1994

Artefacts is a quarterly newsletter created by the Minnesota Center 
for Arts Education (Center) to explore and address arts education 
issues, information and practical applications that affect educators, 
students, artists, parents and administrators throughout the state.  
Predominantly, Artefacts uses the work being conducted by the 
Center either through its Arts High School or Resource Programs 
network to address these issues.
