 Objectives
 
 To publish an international journal of literature, art, and ideas, in
 English originals and in translations with an international identity
 through advisors in other countries. 
 
 To provide a credible forum for sharing views on the plethora of
 economic, political and cultural phenomena that impinge on the freedom
 of literature, art and ideas. 
 
 To bridge borders between national, ethnic, and cultural identities, and
 creative disciplines by providing a venue for dialogue between writers,
 artists, and readers.
