The Journal publishes original material concerned with all aspects of
intelligent systems in business-based applications.  It is devoted to
the improvement and further development of the theory and practice of
intelligent systems design, development and implementation.  The Journal
provides a communication forum for advancing theory and practice of the
application of intelligent systems in business settings. 

Published papers take and investigate a number of different issues,
including "research perspectives," emerging technologies, existing
technologies, verification and validation, cognitive models, cognitive
science, the impact of intelligent systems on organizations, the
integration of different technologies such as databases and intelligent
systems. 

Online journals are available for four volumes, including 1992-1995. 
These include abstracts and tables of contents.  In addition, several
special issues are available in the same format of abstract and table of
contents.
