CALL FOR PAPERS: We welcome contributions from authors on any of
the above topics.
This journal provides you with a vehicle to publicise, and stimulate
interest and discussion in your work and projects. It is free to both
readers and writers, and offers rapid publication, feedback and
interaction via the internet. The IJSSE's extensive readership permits you
to reach your colleagues world-wide.
Submission, editing, review and distribution of the journal is strictly
electronic. The submission and referring process is described in
Guidelines for authors. Once referreed and edited, journal articles will
be "published" on this WWW page as a service to the academic, scientist,
spacecraft engineer, specialist and enthusiast, via the internet. By
taking advantage of email and the powerful medium of the World Wide Web we
hope to "publish" articles in a fraction of the time taken by
old-fashioned "paper" journals. Copyright for submitted material will be
shared between the authors, and with the IJSSE for the purpose of future
reprints only.
The working language for this journal is English. There will be no fixed
publication dates, but articles will be published immeadiately following
final acceptance. Editorials will appear periodically, initially with a
frequency of three months.
The IJSSE is jointly prepared and presented by the Center for Satellite
Engineering Research (CSER) at the University of Surrey, Guildford Surrey,
in the United Kingdom and by the Department of Astronautics, at the United
States Air Force Acedemy (USAFA) Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA as a
service to the small satellite research community. We work with a
multi-national, multi-disciplined team of referees, each with extensive
experience in the small satellite field.
Associated with this publication is the Small Satellites Home Page,
providing a wealth of information on current, future and past small
satellite missions. It provides a comprehensive reference for the material
presented in the IJSSE.
