The Internet Entrepreneurs Support Service (IESS) just keeps growing, I
still have difficulty in believing how much and how rapidly we are
growing...I guess the concept of helping entrepreneurs via the Internet
makes a lot of sense. I'll try to summarize for you what has been
happening since our last IESS NEWS LETTER (last published February
6,1996).

1.) INTERNATIONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH:
INTERNATIONAL GROWTH - Since most of you heard about the IESS. We've been
growing, organizing, and developing. We now have over 400 interested
parties world wide from the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, Guam,
Switzerland, Russia, Japan and more. For example, our latest "interested
parties" were from Japan and Brooklyn, NY pretty big contrast). We could
have a great baseball team !
2.) ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH:
IESS INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE BOARD ADVISOR - Our IESS Advisory Board has
grown. Our latest Board member, Anton Holzherr- IESS INTERNATIONAL
COMMERCE BOARD ADVISOR has joined us from Zurich, Switzerland. Anton has
an impressive set of credentials and has done business on at least 3
continents. Anton is looking for new ways of fostering IESS membership

IESS ORGANIZATIONAL ADVISOR - In addition, we have added a new advisory
role - ORGANIZATIONAL ADVISOR. The new IESS ORGANIZATIONAL ADVISOR is
James Christman, Professor, Management Consultant. Jim is an authority in
the areas of Information Technology Organizational and Team building. We
are looking for improved methods of Internet based collaboration , so if
you are interested or have ideas let us know (send email to: Jim Christman

NEED ADDITIONAL ADVISORS - We are looking for additional members
of our Advisory Board in the areas of :

3.) MARKETING GROWTH - EXPOSURE TO 220,000 SUBSCRIBERS !!!
Our presence on the Internet has been dramatically increased. One
significant exposure is from the Business Startups Magazine, June, 1996
Issue. The IESS web page will be featured as an "excellent, attractive,
example of a WEB design and association or helping Entrepreneurs". The
Business Startups Magazine is associated with the world wide Entrepreneurs
Magazine.

4.) NEW INTERNET CAPABILITIES-*HOT* NEW WEB PAGE AND AUTORESPONDER
NEW IESS WEB PAGES -We went live with our *HOT* new web page on March 1,
1996. It provides some interesting graphics, and a much more accessible
style as well access to extensively expanded information content, links,
Entrepreneurial articles. Our content has been expanded by close to 500%
!

CONTENT - HELP, LINKS, and ARTICLES ADDED
The content of the IESS Web pages has been expanded by adding HELP, LINKS,
and ARTICLES. Many of our contributors have had links added to the IESS
pages. We are looking for other sites to exchange links with. We now
have an initial HELP page (to be expanded). Of great note, is our
tremendously expanded ARTICLES pages (also accessible via AUTORESPONDER).

5.) MARKETING - LOGO CONTEST - Prizes and lots of exposure !
Contest Deadline: Friday, March 29, 1996, 7:00pm PST
Our IESS Advisory Board, makes many suggestion and have decided to further
our "Image" by obtaining an official LOGO. Since we are currently a
non-profit association, we look for ways to get contributions of
capabilities and talent from our Entrepreneurial community.
In this spirit, we are running a LOGO contest. We are looking for a LOGO
which will be used on our Web page and in all of our publications. The
LOGO should promote the principles of the IESS(helping Entrepreneurs help
other Entrepreneurs around the world in an ethical manner via the
Internet). If you are interested , have ideas, or would like to construct
a graphic LOGO. Let Ron Ehrens know (ron@kaiwan.com)
This is an opportunity to get some free publicity and express your
creative talents, and win valuable prizes (IMHO). Here are the -
IESS CONTEST RULES:

1. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners. Winners will
be announced in the IESS NEWSLETTER. Prizes will be the
following:
FIRST PRIZE - Free 2 year membership in the IESS (Worth $50),
Free LINK and Free AD on the IESS Web pages (if
you want a link or AD).
SECOND PRIZE - Free 1 year membership in the IESS (Worth
$25), Free LINK on the IESS Web pages (if you
want a link)
THIRD PRIZE - Free 1 year membership in the IESS
2. Entries must be sent to Ron Ehrens via email to ron@kaiwan.com
in a MIME compatible file in a GIF or JPEG format or on a 3
1/2" disk no later then Friday, March 29, 1996, 7:00pm PST.
Contact Ron Ehrens for US snail mailing instructions or about
other electronic methods to submit LOGO entries (e.g.: FTP,
etc.)
3. Entries become the full property of the IESS and may be reused
by only the IESS freely. Entries will not be returned. Credit
will be given to all participants, by means of mentioning your
name, for all submissions in our next NEWSLETTER and
other IESS publications. The top three WINNERS give up all
rights to LOGO's submitted to the IESS, and grant full rights
to the Winning LOGO to the IESS.
4. The LOGO should promote the principles of the IESS (helping
Entrepreneurs help other Entrepreneurs around the world in an
ethical manner via the Internet). The LOGO should be
complimentary to our current IESS web page graphic and web page
style.

6.) "Dear IESS" (Like "Dear Abby) - Questions and Answers
The IESS is setting up "Dear IESS" - find of a "Dear Abby" question and
answer type for Internet Entrepreneurs. If you have questions send them to

We will answer them immediately if possible and publish them on-line on
the IESS Web Site, and in our next news letter. The information for the
answers would be from our IESS Advisory Board and other sources. Joe
Spataro, MD, is our IESS Advisory Board PUBLICATIONS EDITOR. We look
forward to your questions. Also, include any suggestions for our
NEWSLETTER or other services you think that the IESS should consider.
