IP News (Internet Edition) is an independent, educational newsletter on
e-publishing and e-commerce issues as they relate to the academic and
professional publishing community. Just launched online, the premier
issue is available for FREE. It contains original articles related to
Internet Publishing and other newsworthy items. IP News (Internet
Edition) includes all the material published in the Print Edition (also
just published) along with more in-depth articles, meeting reports, Web
reviews, and sources of relevant information plus links to other sites of
interest to the publishing industry. This dual publication is published
quarterly in both Editions, with monthly updates provided in the Internet
 Edition.

Submissions by readers are welcome and published in one of the IP News
Editions if considered within the scope and aims of IP News upon review by
the Editor and the Editorial Advisory Board. Submissions (with an
