 This e-zine is published on a "rolling basis", rather than having discrete
 issues. It is produced by NET-Mart Central UK Ltd., and is divided into
 sections entitled: the Buyer's Bible, Web-Wise, Business Comm, Arts and
 Entertainment, Gibe, Perplexity, Q&A, and Exchange.
 
 The Buyer's Bible provides hints and tips about buying services and
 products, new and second-hand. Buyers Bible is a permanent feature of ICON
 Newsmag. New articles are added regularly, previous articles remain
 accessible and are updated periodically to reflect current trends and
 changes in the markets. The emphasis is on computer and related products.
 Web-Wise contains any Internet and WWW related material. Business Comm
 includes articles related to business both on and off the Web. The section
 also features profiles of businesses with shop-space in the NET-Mart
 Central Precinct or prices listed in Price-Trak. Gibe is the e-zine humour
 page, providing short stories, jokes, etc... Perplexity includes
 crosswords, word and logic puzzles, brain-teasers. Cash Prizes are given
 away every month for correct solutions submitted online. Exchange is a
 correspondence forum using threaded messages. Exchange is concerned with
