 Well, iT's the first of November, the Hallowe'en goblins and witches are
 safely back in the gloom, and Guy Fawkes Night and the US Elections are
 looming on the horizon. Here's a brief look at what's new at iT's On-Line
 for this month: 
 
 Firstly, if you haven't visited for a while, please note that we've
 changed address to full domain at 
 
 http://its-online.com 
 
 and this has allowed us to automate some of the more popular pages such as
 the student penpal section and the student and teacher links pages. 
 Additions to these pages are now automatic.
 
 The penpal page currently has almost a hundred penpals from all over the
 world just waiting for students to write. The student and teacher talk
 sections now function as threaded notice boards - messages are
 automatically added. Current topics on the student board include smoking
 and vegetarianism whilst the teacher side is more concerned with ideas for
 collaboration... 
 
 The other good news is that iT's is going weekly instead of monthly, so
 look out for new ideas every week. Here's a look at what we're starting
 the month with:
