INTELLIGENCE is South Africa's only regular monthly magazine
dedicated to offering insightful analysis of life in the information
age. Each month we examine the implications for business and
society of emerging and converging technologies, and expose our
readers to the latest organisational and cultural trends.
A partial electronic edition is available at the above URL.
The ever-increasing expansion of the information economy means
that more and more people are becoming knowledge workers, a
key factor in the elevation of information from a tool to a
commodity. And with information's new standing along with
people, plant and materials as a principal economic factor comes
a fresh set of challenges to all sectors of society as organisations,
communities and individuals are swept along on the wave of
globalisation towards the global village. If you find that your
interest has shifted from the myriad of features offered by the
latest gadgets to the strategic advantages these can bring to your
life or your business, then Intelligence is certain to deliver the
sort of reading you're after.
Intelligence is read by middle and senior managers, academics,
students and the lay public to assist them in making the right
strategic decisions for their corporations, and as a resource to
gain insight into our rapidly changing world.
