Scope

                       The International Journal of Geriatric
                       Psychopharmacology communicates
                       the results of original research into
                       the experimental or clinical use of
                       pharmacological treatments for the
                       elderly, particularly with neurological
                       and mental disorders. Provides timely
                       state-of-the-art reviews on clinical
                       and experimental therapies for
                       geriatric neurological and psychiatric
                       disorders. Also offers a forum for the
                       exchange of ideas related to
                       psychoactive or neuroactive drug
                       therapy. Topics include: 

                           stroke 
                           Alzheimer's disease and other
                            dementias 
                           geriatric depression 
                           behavioural problems in nursing
                            home patients 
                           basic topics related to drug
                            development 
                           advances in the methodology of
                            clinical trials 
                           seizure disorders 
                           headache 
                           geriatric anxiety disorders 
                           sleep disorders 
                           ethical and legal issues relating
                            to drug trials
