The IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking is an archival, bimonthly journal
committed to the timely publication of high-quality papers that advance
the state-of-the-art and practical applications of communication networks.
It is co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society, the IEEE Computer
Society, and the ACM with its Special Interest Group on Data
Communications (SIGCOMM). 

IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking is published by the Association of
Computing Machinery (ACM) Digital Library. 

The ACM Digital Library is a vast resource of bibliographic information,
citations, and full-text articles. Access to full-text is by subscription
only: ACM members who are Digital Library subscribers have access to all
full-text articles.  Members and nonmembers who subscribe to electronic
publications (but not to the entire Library) have full-text access to
their subscriptions only.  The ACM Digital library homepage can be located
