Welcome to the first edition of the Society's new web newsletter.
The transition from a hard copy newsletter to the publication of the
newsletter on the Society's web site has numerous benefits:

        1.Readership is unlimited. 
        2.Immediate delivery/accessability. 
        3.Increased use of color graphics. 
        4.More economical to our organizational member news contributors. 
        5.Ease of correcting any errors that may be discovered after
	posting. 
        6.Environmentally correct by saving a few trees. 
        7.Adds less clutter to all of our offices by not having to store a
	hard copy. 
        8.You can't lose your copy and no one can sneak off with it. 
        9.It's easy to give a copy to someone. 
       10.You can print a copy of anything you wish to have in hardcopy
	format. 

I hope you enjoy reading the newsletter and will tell your friends and
acquaintances to read it also as access to it on the Society Web Site is
not restricted in any way.
