Incites is an electronic newsletter covering Australian science,
technology and innovation policy. It is published monthly during Federal
Parliament and quarterly otherwise. Summaries can be received by e-mail
and most of the content is free, though some documents attract download
charges to cover royalties etc.  It is edited by Canberra-based science
writer Peter Quiddington MSc and provides a commentary on innovation
policy as well as links to relevant public documents. Subscriptions can be
obtained by going to the Astralian Science and Technology Online website
at http://www.asto.com.au and entering the 'news' section, or by using
