features, incuding a letter from America and Research Notes, keep the reader
up to date with current issues.

The competitiveness and prosperity of companies increasingly depend on the
design and effective use of sophisticated, complex, and costly information
systems. It is therefore essential that everyone concerned with information
management has the opportunity to learn from the experience of others. IJIM
is specifically designed to fulfil this role for senior managers charged
with the responsibility of designing and managing complex information
systems. No other publication addresses these issues from the same
viewpoint.
