controversial viewpoints.  Authors in the legal, business, scientific,
corporate, and technological disciplines submit their intellectual property
related articles and commentaries for publication.  Preferred topics of
interest are domestic and international patent, copyright, trademark, trade
secret, unfair competition, and other related intellectual property issues.
