The IEEE Transactions on Information Technology in Biomedicine (TITB) is
positioned to publish high quality 'application' papers that reflect global
information technology advances in medicine and biology and will further
address the implementation and management of the broad spectrum of health
care innovations arising from these developments world-wide.

Goals of TITB: The goal of TITB is to report on the latest developments of
how information technology is utilized to harness medical, biological, and
health care programs. Topics to be covered in the Journal will focus on a
diverse range of appmogies. For a snapshot of the content structure, please
see the proceeding section.

Who would benefit? TITB audience who would be most benefited by the Journal
includes biomedical and clinical engineers, physicians and surgeons, health
physicists, bioinformaticists, and the biomedical researchers, students,
educators, and members of the basic science community.
