The International Journal of Value-Based Management presents papers which
clarify the role of values in organizational behavior and in the process of
decision making. The Journal's main purpose is to keep readers abreast of
developments and new techniques in all areas of management. To this end,
case studies relating to specific companies, products, and industries are
included, as are empirical studies, especially those adopting a comparative
cultural viewpoint. Papers exploring the relationships between
personal/organizational values and performance are published, as are
comparative management studies offering specific ramifications for the
practising manager within a particular culture.
The International Journal of Value-Based Management aimes at an
international readership, it provides indispensable reading for the modern
manager and business professional, management scientist, business school
faculty and their students at every level, and all those who seek to
understand the impact that values and ethics have on the modern business.
