International Journal of Infrared and Millimeter Waves offers a resource for

submillimeter, and far infrared theory, techniques, devices, systems,
spectroscopy, and applications. Typical areas investigated include:
millimeter sources; devices or systems; millimeter and submillimeter guided
propagation; atmospheric physics and propagation; lasers; detectors; mixers
and receivers; gyrotron and free electron oscillators; plasma interactions
and diagnostics; astronomy; calibration standards; spectroscopy; and
submillimeter properties of solids, liquids, and gases.
