http://www.icrc.org/eng/review

The International Review of the Red Cross is a periodical published by
the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) specialized in the
field of international humanitarian law and humanitarian action and
policy. The aim of the journal is to promote reflection, critical
analysis and dialogue on humanitarian issues in armed conflict and
other situations of collective violence. It is published quarterly and
online access is free.

The Review was first published in 1869 under the title Bulletin
international Sociétés de secours aux militaires blessés and then
Bulletin international des Sociétés de la Croix-Rouge. While no longer
the official publication of the ICRC, the Review continues to serve as
a vector for information and discussion on law and policy questions
relating to the activities of the ICRC. The Review is published four
times a year. Articles are published in English or French, with an
abstract in the other language. Regional editions of the Review contain
certain articles which are translated into Chinese, Russian, Spanish
and Arabic.
