Iranian Journal of Pharmacology and Therapeutics (IJPT) is a peer-
reviewed scientific journal, published online quarterly and on CD-ROM 
yearly by the Razi Institute for Drug Research (RIDR) of Iran 
University of Medical Sciences and Health Services (IUMS). Access to 
the IJPT online edition is FREE. 

IJPT publishes regular research papers, reviews, mini-reviews and case 
reports which deal with all aspects of experimental and clinical 
pharmacology. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish 
experimental data in as much detail as possible. There is no 
restriction on the length of the papers. Electronic files regarding the 
full details of the experimental procedure (conference slides, video 
sequences, software, etc), which can not be published in a normal way, 
can be deposited as supplementary material.

The Journal invites for original papers dealing with interactions of 
chemicals with biological systems. All aspects of pharmacology and 
therapeutics are appropriate. General subject areas include:

-Cellular and Molecular 
-Chemotherapy, Antibiotics and Gene Therapy 
-Endocrine and Reproductive
