The International Wound Journal (IWJ) is a new journal focused on providing
the best quality information, research data and education on all aspects of
wounds and wound healing. The journal will be launched in 2004 and will
publish initially on a quarterly basis.

It will provide the single best resource of information for all professional
disciplines involved in the care of patients with wounds. To ensure wide
access is obtained abstracts of all key papers will be translated into
French, German, Italian and Spanish.

We have assembled a large board of Editorial Executives, who represent a
range of professional groups and originate from around the globe. All of
these individuals are recognized international experts in their own fields. 

The journal will publish original peer reviewed material including Review
articles, Research papers, Clinical studies, Letters, Case Conferences -
where our Editorial Executives will comment on interesting case scenarios,
Clinical Challenges ­ discussing difficult or complex cases, and
International perspectives on educational initiatives, guidelines, different
groups and societies.
