Since the publication of The New Science of Management Decision by H.A.
Simon in 1960, the question of the relation between information and decision
making became the object of many debates and studies in several scientific
fields: communication and information sciences, management science,
cognitive sciences, education sciences , legal sciences, data processing,
etc. 

The ISDM review wants to be a medium of communication between the
specialists in these various fields in their relation to information and the
decision. It is open to all cultures and all languages. It mixes theoretical
reflections and practical testimonials.
