INFOCOMP is a scientific journal (printed, quaterly, peer-reviewed,  
continuous flow) of Dept. Computer Science (DCC) of Federal  
University of Lavras (UFLA), in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

INFOCOMP publishes articles in English and Portuguese, and presents  
two kind of publications:

* Research Papers
* Revision Papers (Bibliographic revisions)

INFOCOMP was born in 1999 to publish the results of the research  
groups of DCC-UFLA. After that, INFOCOMP began to publish the events  
in Computer Science held on UFLA, open to scientific community, like  
SECICOM (Computer Science Week). Actually, our objective is more  
general and involves all essential components for a scientific  
publication.

The main areas of interest are (but not limited to):

* Artificial Intelligence
* Combinatorial Optimization and Meta-Heuristics
* Computer Graphics, Image Processing and Virtual Reality
* Databases
* Graphs, Applied Mathematics and Theory of Computation
