Published in partnership with the International Society of Zoological
Sciences, Integrative Zoology is a new multidisciplinary journal aiming to
encompass the varying perspectives and scholarly disciplines that contribute
to the understanding of Zoological phenomena.

Our goal is for this journal to become an international benchmark
for modern zoology. The journal will focus on zoology as an integrative,
global discipline, encompassing all aspects of animal life. It will
represent and re-unite our various sub-disciplines and provide a basis for a
comprehensive understanding of zoological phenomena at all levels. There
will be an emphasis on specific topics, involving invited papers
for review and debate of a central theme.

In order not to duplicate existing local and disciplinary journals,
Integrative Zoology will, in general, publish only short communications
dealing with novel findings and aspects of general zoological, environmental
or philosophical interest.

There will be four issues every year.
