Interações: Cultura e Comunidade aims to translate the ideals of a Catholic
institution committed to social promotion and ethics, in accordance with
Christian and humanitarian principles.

To address this perspective the journal directs its focus to the Science of
Religion, with a major in Culture and Community, seeking thus to integrate
the various branches of knowledge in a better understanding of the plural
manifestations of the religious phenomenon.

In this new path will be a means of scientific communication and interaction
with the concerned academic communities to understand and analyze the
religious fact, and the presence of conceptual and methodological advances
in the field of interdisciplinary studies.

With that the journal aims to contribute not only to the enrichment of
national and international debate about serious global issues regarding the
contemporary religious world, but also provide subsidies for the preparation
of professionals of this discipline and related areas.
