The IETE is the National Apex Professional body of Electronics and
Telecommunication, Computer and IT Professionals, focusing on advancements
in Science and Technology. Towards this end the Institution promotes
professional development and conducts basic engineering and continuing
technical education programmes for human resource development.

IETE Journal of Education provides supplementary resources to students
preparing for their qualifying examinations and broadening their
understanding of concepts. It contains tutorial and engineering education /
academic type articles of interest to  diploma/under-graduate level
students, research scholars and teachers.
