Ion Exchange Letters
http://iel.vscht.cz/
Publisher: Department of Power Engineering, Institute of Chemical Technology
This journal is focused on rapid publication of articles in the field of
ion exchange, sorption, metal-ligand interactions and related fields.
Main attention will be paid for thorough and independent reviewing
process and rapid publication. For this reason, electronic communication
with editors is required. Preferred form of article is short
communication/letter but original research papers, technical notes and
review papers may also be accepted. Though this journal is focused
mainly on students and young researchers, it welcomes manuscripts from
all researchers.
Some particular areas of interest include:
* Selective metal separation via ion exchange
* Synthesis and characterization of ion exchangers and sorbents
* Removal of metal oxoanions from contaminated water via ion exchange
and sorption
* Modification and utilization of biosorbents
* Composite sorbents - inorganic/polymer, SIR
* Combination of ion exchange with other methods - hybrid processes
* Selective ligands for metal sorption
* Minimization of waste in ion exchange and sorption processes
