different cultures, education-industry partnerships, legislation, and
related topics.
The Journal was established to facilitate collaboration and communication
among researchers, innovators, practitioners, and administrators of
education and training programs involving technology and / or distance
learning in academia, business, industry, government, military, health care,
and foundations. The Journal is committed to publish significant writings of
