Italiano LinguaDue publishes material on Italian as second language and 
on Italian language teaching.

The magazine is divided into five sections:

* The Italian section of a second language / foreign is dedicated to 
studies and research on teaching and learning Italian in Italy and abroad.
* The Italian Language and Culture in the world Section contains 
contributions of research and the presence of Italian language and 
culture abroad (studies, programs, experiences, events, initiatives, etc.)..
* Italian Linguistics Section includes studies and research on the 
Italian language that can contribute to language training and 
professional Italian teaching.
* In the Language Education Section the reader will find contributions 
which address issues and questions that consider language education a 
unified process for developing linguistic and communicative skills, 
expressive and cognitive abilities realized through the teaching / 
learning - not only rich in possible methodological and didactic 
interrelations  - the mother tongue of a second language, foreign 
languages and even ethnic languages, ie languages of immigrant groups.
* The Section Experience and Materials, finally, is open to 
contributions aimed at providing tools and educational materials, models 
for teaching Italian as a second or foreign language.
