Publisher: Faculty of Life and Social Sciences, Swinburne University of Technology

Note: The journal was originally released as the Australian Journal of Emerging Technologies and Society.

The International Journal of Emerging Technologies and Society (iJETS) is a multi-disciplinary journal, focusing on the complex relationship between science and technology and their wider socio-cultural contexts.

Perhaps more importantly, iJETS is designed as a forum for informed discussion and debate about the role of technology in society, drawing on a variety of viewpoints from all branches of the social and behavioural sciences and humanities.

Manuscripts are accepted from researchers in the social and behavioural sciences and the humanities, including psychologists, sociologists, philosophers, political scientists, economists, and media specialists. Contributions are also invited from those in the physical and life sciences with a concern for the social implications of science and technology.
