The International Journal of Systems Biology aims to publish all the latest and outstanding research articles, reviews and letters in all areas of systems biology, bioinformatics, functional genomics and proteomics studies on organisms.
Current emphasis is on the bioinformatics, statistics, biology, modeling, simulation, data mining, computational techniques and medicine basis for common and complex diseases and on the functional mechanism, architecture and evolution of gene networks, studied by experimental perturbation.
Each issue contains a series of timely, in-depth written articles by leaders in the field, covering a wide range of the integration of multidimensional challenges of genomics, proteomics, systems biology science including integration issues of the gene expression.
