The main purpose of iZQUIERDAS is to spread the historiographical production of the facts and ideas of all social events, political, intellectual and aesthetic needs of groups, organizations and persons, past and present, connected with, or recognized socially and traditionally as constituting the left in Latin America, in a perspective of dialogue with similar situations in other regions of the world.

Texts can be in the nature of scientific articles, research reports, documentary research, critical reviews, lectures or interviews. 

Submissions accepted in Spanish, Portuguese, English or French.
