Iberoamericana de Engenharia Industrial's (IJIE) mission is to contribute to spreading knowledge on Industrial Engineering and related fields, through the publication of scientific articles. 

Previously unreleased articles and those published on the Annals of International Congresses in expanded version will have privilege. It is understood, on the last case, the importance of publicizing the articles published on those congresses, for the fact that not everybody can have access to them. 

Articles involving solely bibliographical revision won’t be accepted, except for cases that use conceptual-theoretical references representing the state-of-the-art of the field’s knowledge. In this case, new models and interpretations must be proposed, these being relevant for Industrial Engineering and related fields.
