Musculoskeletal Care aims to provide allied health professionals with the
clinical knowledge and skills required for the care management of
musculoskeletal conditions, using the available evidence to promote best
practice. Its objectives are to inform, appraise and disseminate
evidence-based practice; support and develop collaborative working; and to
develop the knowledge base of allied health professionals in the education
of patients, colleagues and other professions.

Musculoskeletal Care supports and develops collaborative working by
providing an opportunity for new researchers to share their work. The
journal also wishes to provide a forum to debate multi-professional
development issues e.g. accountability.

Original contributions are welcomed from the wide range of subject matter
reflecting the interdisciplinary scope of musculoskeletal care, including
clinical reviews, case studies, research articles and articles on
educational initiatives, latest developments, or professional development
issues.

Musculoskeletal Care will appeal to specialist nurses, physiotherapists,
occupational therapists, primary care workers, educationalists, allied
health professional researchers, chiropodists, podiatrists and pharmacists.
