Financial Executive Journal is a joint project of the Legal Information
Institute at Cornell Law School and The Nasdaq (SM) Stock Market. 

Nasdaq Financial Executive Journal (SM) is published by The Nasdaq Stock
Market (SM) as a service to Nasdaq(R) companies.  The Journal aims to
present a range of expert, professional opinion from prominent,
responsible persons on major issues of corporate finance and investor
relations.  NFEJ is intended to be an aid in Nasdaq company
decision-making.  The views expressed do not necessarily reflect a
position of The Nasdaq Stock Market.
