Obésité gives a progress report on the evolution of knowledge and the ideas
concerning obesity. The approach is multidisciplinary and relates to all the
aspects of the disease, of the factors of risk to the complications, the
prevention to the treatment, according to various approaches: fundamental
research: molecular biology, biochemistry, metabolism, genetics, nutrition,
neurobiology, seek clinical: physiology and physiopathology, nutrition,
psychology, epidemiology, social sciences: psychology, sociology and
economy.
