 Perhaps the first e-journal from Kenya, this is the newsletter (number 12
 for October 1996) of the The International Union for the Conservation of
 Nature/Species Survival Commission.  Field reports from a variety of
 locations around the globe:  a concentration in this issue on the former
 Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, with articles like "Bear cubs
 re-introduced into the wild, Russia" and "Translocations of endangered
 phebaliumspp, S. Australia":  covers birds, plants, and mammals.

Re-Introduction News is an electronic version of the print newsletter of
the Re-introduction Specialist Group of IUCN'S Species Survival Commission
(SSC).
