Health Physics Journal, now known as The Radiation Protection Journal, is
the official journal of the Health Physics Society. At its inception it was
determined that Health Physics Society would accept for publication only
those articles dealing with or relating to some aspect of health physics,
the study and practice dealing with any and all factors relating to damage
from ionizing radiation and the prevention of such damage. Journal content
has evolved over the years and has expanded to meet information needs of the
profession. In addition to ionizing radiation, the Journal also includes
articles about non-ionizing radiation, computer software, available
information from the Internet, book reviews, new product information,
meetings and news and notices from around the world.
