Note; Continuation of Autonomies. Revista catalana de dret públic

The Journal, published biannually, offers a general theoretical approach which places us at the core of the public law system in all its dimensions: regional, national, European and international. Each issue is devoted to a monographic subject, with the contribution of specialists on the specific subject area, also including a critical review of the bibliography and the case law. Furthermore, other contributions having to do with any of the disciplines of public law are also published.

The paper-format Revista only publishes essays, whereas the electronic version, as well as faithfully producing the same contents, accepts and publishes other contributions (addresses, notes, book and congress reviews, reports on legislation and jurisprudence). Unlike the paper edition, the electronic version will also offer a series of resources of interest to everyone who practises public law, such as the monthly summary of outstanding legislative news or sections that provide access to electronic documents and external links.

Articles are published in the language in which they are submitted as well as in Catalan and Spanish.
